For nearly two decades, Kevin Mello has had the honor of teaching accounting, finance, and management courses to college students. Mello's educational philosophy includes purposeful and effective integration of technology into his teaching and learning process. He also employs differentiated instruction to address the varying preferred learning styles and abilities of his students. Mello's instructional technique involves using technology to differentiate the educational content, process, and product, beginning with content creation and his pedagogical approach, and then selecting the appropriate digital tools to deliver the lesson. He engages his students in active learning by integrating problem-based learning and constructivism into the educational process.
